My deepest heartfelt sympathies extend to the family and friends of the gentlemen whose life came to an unfair and abrupt end last night following a burglary at his home.  The gentleman was a highly respected and valued member of our community.  It is a terrible tragedy that his life, which he dedicated to the society in which he lived, ended this way. 

It is very sad that a family is without a loved one today because of the actions of a selfish, desperate person.  I appeal to the public to come forward with any information to the police regarding this incident.
